Today is day 1 of the 12 days of Christmas. Each day we will substitute a set for part of the song.. On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me, a partridge in a pear tree=200IM. Each day a part of the set will be revealed and on the 12th day (12/15/12) the entire workout will be the 12 days of workout. See you at the pool!
IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT USMS REGISTRATION: For this year, USMS registration (happening now-December 31st) here is what you need to know: Your LMSC is: PNA Your Club is: PSM (Pudget Sound Masters- is out new super club name) Your Workout group is: LWM If these 3 items are NOT selected when you register with USMS, you can not swim for LWM at the swim meets, or participate in LWM relays. :( Sad!! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
Oct 1-15 Becca will be out of the office and not on deck for practice. Please feel free to come in and try a workout (if its your first time) or come in once she is back on the deck on Monday 10/15.
