Our club is a USMS year round team offering high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages (18 yrs+) and abilities. We have a fairly competitive group, from former Olympians and D1 Collegiate swimmers to triathletes and dedicated fitness swimmers. Our "slow" lanes do 100y repeats on a 2:00 send-off. Workouts are always challenging, but we make it fun by accepting that challenge and supporting our teammates every step of the way. We have only one rule; EVERYONE TRIES TO MAKE THE WORKOUT BETTER FOR EVERYONE ELSE IN THE POOL. Practices take place at Juanita Aquatics Center located on the campus on Juanita High School in Kirkland, WA. If you wish to try a practice contact the Head Coach at lwmcoach@waveaquatics.org for more information. You can try one practice for free to see if it is what you're looking for. If it's a good fit, swimmers must join the team for a $50 fee and decide if they want to be a drop in member or pay monthly dues.
