Hi Team, I hope those of you who took the opportunity to talk to Dave, our new Executive Director, had a good conversation! The answer to the question that has been on everyone's mind: The bulkhead is being installed next week!!! Practices will proceed as regularly scheduled Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Due to multiple staff falling ill all morning programming is canceled tomorrow (10/30/25) morning. This includes lap swim unfortunately so there is no alternative at Juanita. Redmond will remain open for lap swim so if you are able to get over there that's an alternative. We will reopen Juanita at 11:45 for programming including our noontime practice. Hi Team, Due to a staff shortage, we will only have one guard (assisted by me) for our weekday practices going forward until Wave Aquatics can fill the gaps with new lifeguards. This means there may be times when I need to be guarding rather than directly coaching during our practices.
