WAVE AQUATICS BOARD NAMES NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR!

The Board of Directors of Wave Aquatics is pleased to announce that Dave Glenn has been appointed to the position of Executive Director, beginning in October.  Dave brings two decades of experience as a non-profit and public sector leader focused on community engagement, learning and recreation. 

“I’m excited to join the Wave team to fulfill our mission of inspiring engagement in aquatics within the Eastside community,” Davide says. “There is incredible demand for aquatics programming within the community. I look forward to building upon Wave’s long history of aquatics excellence as we sustainably grow our programs to support swimmers of all ages and abilities.”

Dave’s varied experience includes serving as executive director of SnoValley Tilth, a Snoqualmie Valley based nonprofit focused on sustainable agriculture and more than fourteen years at the Seattle Aquarium leading youth and volunteer programs. Within the recreation field, Dave most recently served as manager of South Bellevue Community Center and previously led volunteer engagement for Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center, of Redmond, WA.
