12 Days of Christmas

Today is day 1 of the 12 days of Christmas. 

Each day we will substitute a set for part of the song..

On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me, a partridge in a pear tree=200IM.

Each day a part of the set will be revealed and on the 12th day (12/15/12) the entire workout will be the 12 days of workout.
